This entirely up to the client, as I work close to the body if you do not wish to disrobe that is not a problem the massage can still be beneficial. If you do disrobe, you may disrobe to the level you feel fit with. Your body will be covered with towels throughout the massage excepting the areas been massage.
How long is the massage?
I suggest a 1 hour massage, this will give time to relax the body to ensure a good massage, a 30 minute massage is good but 1 hour will give better results relaxing the muscles, removing toxins and ending with some stretching if needed or just relax before going back out into the mad world of ours.
Are there any medical benefits from massage?
Yes, it assists better blood flow, removal of toxins, relaxing the muscle after work, sports or even after house work.
